HVACtion LLC was established in 2023 by father-son duo Paul and John Goulart. Paul, having retired from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer after 20 years of service as a watercraft engineer, is the owner of the company and has over 40 years of HVAC experience as well as a master HVAC license. Upon graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree, his son John followed in his footsteps by serving five years in the Army as a Medical Laboratory Technician, and now serves as Managing Director of HVACtion.
